Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between this and a deep clean?

Recurring visits maintain a home that is already clean. A deep clean adds inside the oven and fridge, baseboards by hand, vents, ceiling fans and detailed bathroom work. See deep vs. regular cleaning.

How often should I book?

Most busy households choose weekly or biweekly; monthly works for smaller homes or light use.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a fee of 40% of the cleaning price.
