Pricing & Booking
How much does a cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so we give a free custom quote based on your home's size, its current condition, and how often you would like us to come. The only fixed price we publish is carpet cleaning from $300 — everything else is quoted individually.
How do I get a quote?
Fill out the quote form on our site or call (904) 328-8757. We review the details and get back to you within 24 hours with a free, no-obligation estimate.
What are the terms of the 15% off first recurring cleaning offer?
It is for new recurring clients only — it applies to your first scheduled recurring visit, and it cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
Do you require contracts?
No. Our recurring plans are flexible: you can skip, pause, or reschedule a visit whenever you need to. There are no long-term contracts.
Our Services
What services do you offer?
We offer regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, and carpet cleaning — plus maid services and office cleaning for homes and businesses across the Jacksonville area.
What is the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning keeps up with the essentials — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and kitchen and bathroom wipe-downs. A deep cleaning is more detailed and time-intensive: baseboards, vents, fixtures, and the areas regular visits do not reach. Most clients start with a deep cleaning, then keep it up with regular visits.
What is not included, or available as an extra?
Interior window panes and inside-appliance detailing, such as the refrigerator and oven interiors, are available as add-ons and quoted separately. We do not haul junk or dispose of large items.
Do you clean offices?
Yes. We offer commercial and office cleaning in the Jacksonville area. We confirm the scope, schedule, and any special requirements with you before service begins.

Will I get the same team each visit?
We do our best to keep your team consistent, because familiarity means better, faster results. If a regular team member is unavailable, we send a qualified replacement.
How does the 24-Hour Re-Clean Guarantee work?
If you notice a missed area within 24 hours of your appointment, contact us and we return to fix it — free of charge.

What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7AM to 7PM, Saturday from 8AM to 6PM, and closed on Sundays.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend reaching out a few days ahead, especially for first-time or one-time cleanings. We respond within 24 hours and do our best to fit your schedule.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just call or email us as soon as you know. Recurring clients can skip or reschedule visits — there is no penalty for needing to change a date.
